Bridgette Elliott is the author of this ebook and has developed the ALPHA Strategy as it relates to bankruptcy. She received her college degree in Legal Assisting and passed the exam to become a NALA certified paralegal. Having worked for small, medium, and large firms in New York and Florida for 25+ years in the areas of real estate, civil/commercial litigation, probate, divorce, and bankruptcy has enabled Ms. Elliott to gain the knowledge to write this ebook. Having personally filed for bankruptcy, the author is able to sympathize with an individual who has no knowledge about the bankruptcy process. She has been the instructor for the CLA Study Course held at Florida Atlantic University in Miami given by South Florida Paralegal Association, speaker at Broward Community College's bankruptcy paralegal class in Hollywood, and Presenter for Campus Live 2009 webinar series through NALA headquartered in Oklahoma. Ms. Elliott is the Past President for the Bankruptcy Legal Assistants Association, Southern District of Florida, a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar Association, Institute of Consumer Financial Education Instructor, and currently works with the best law firm in the United States of America.
